My path in mental health began over 15 years ago as a clinical psychologist. Alongside my clinical practice, I have devoted 15 years to volunteer work—an experience that deeply shaped my compassionate approach and reinforced my core belief in the power of genuine care, empathy, and community support.
Throughout my career, I noticed a consistent pattern: many individuals fully understood their stress and anxiety on an intellectual level, yet their nervous system remained stuck on high alert and in constant emotional overload. I realized that lasting well-being requires more than cognitive insight—it requires helping the nervous system feel safe, grounded, and quiet. Driven by a passion to offer practical, holistic solutions, I expanded into integrative mental health coaching, combining my clinical foundation with tools like breathwork, grounding exercises, mindset optimization, and nutritional guidance to help clients regulate their nervous systems and restore daily calm.
My mission as an Integrative Mental Health Coach is to provide compassionate services to adults navigating chronic anxiety, stress overload, burnout, boundary challenges, and major life transitions, guiding them out of reactive "survival mode" and into grounded, steady calm. To make care widely accessible, I am happy to offer bilingual coaching services in English and Spanish to clients across the U.S. and internationally from my base in North Carolina.
How We Can Work Together:
• Deactivating Chronic Stress & High Alert: Practical breathwork and grounding tools to help your nervous system feel safe and at ease.
• Anxiety & Overthinking Management: Rewiring harsh inner critics and perfectionist loops.
• Boundary & Identity Work: Reclaiming your voice, honoring your needs, and setting healthy limits without guilt.
• Transition & Grief Support: Practical, compassionate guidance during major life changes and personal loss.
"Knowing your unique patterns and realizing that your nervous system was never your enemy, but a loyal ally keeping you safe, will allow you to cultivate self-compassion and true respect for yourself, so you can finally love and appreciate who you have become."
