4-Week Course Outline

Week 1: Defining Your Unique Voice, Niche, and Coaching Model

Objective

Help students identify their unique coaching voice and ideal niche while designing a coaching model that supports sustainability and growth.

Content Covered:

  • Finding Your Voice and Niche: Guide students in assessing their strengths, values, and experiences to define their unique coaching approach and niche.
  • Designing a Sustainable Coaching Model: Introduce the components of a balanced coaching model, covering service types (e.g., one-on-one, group coaching, digital offerings), session structure, pricing, and client load.

Niche brainstorming, coaching model structure, and pricing worksheets.

Outcome

By the end of Week 1, students will have a clear understanding of their niche, unique coaching approach, and foundational structure for their services.

Week 2: Building Your Brand and Online Presence

Objective: Equip students with the tools to establish a compelling brand and a cohesive, authentic online presence.

Content Covered:

  • Brand Development: Define core brand elements such as mission, vision, values, and brand story.
  • Online Presence: Teach students how to choose platforms aligned with their brand, write a strong bio, and craft engaging content.
  • Consistency and Engagement: Tips for building an online content strategy and engaging authentically with an audience.

Outcome

By the end of Week 2, students will have a well-defined brand identity and a basic plan for a cohesive online presence to attract and connect with their ideal clients.


Week 3: Marketing with Authenticity and Networking Essentials

Objective

Help students create a sustainable marketing plan and develop essential networking skills to build meaningful connections.

Content Covered:

  • Authentic Marketing: How to identify and address client pain points, create marketing messages that feel genuine, and choose marketing channels that align with their brand.
  • Networking for Growth: Overview of online and in-person networking strategies, including engaging in groups, attending events, and connecting with peers and mentors.
  • Reciprocity and Value in Networking: Emphasize the value of giving back in networking to build trust and credibility.

Marketing message development, networking plan (online and in-person), and engagement checklist.

By the end of Week 3, students will have a clear marketing strategy and a plan for meaningful networking, enabling them to connect with their ideal clients and expand their reach.

Week 4: Engaging with the Community and Crafting a 90-Day Action Plan

Objective

Teach students to engage with their community meaningfully and create a 90-day action plan to implement their strategies and attract clients.

Content Covered:

  • Community Engagement: Explore ways to give back (e.g., hosting workshops, offering resources) and engage with authenticity to build trust and rapport within the community.
  • 90-Day Action Plan: Guide students in setting specific, time-bound goals, breaking them into monthly and weekly actions, and establishing accountability methods.
  • Tracking and Adapting: Introduce tracking tools to help students monitor progress, make adjustments, and stay motivated.

By the end of Week 4, students will have a realistic 90-day action plan to start building a client base, along with a framework for ongoing community engagement and self-assessment.

5-Week Course Outline (Optional Add-on)

Week 5: Implementing Your Plan with Accountability and Self-Care

Objective

Provide support for the initial implementation phase, emphasizing accountability, resilience, and self-care.

  • Building Resilience and Confidence: Techniques for managing challenges and self-doubt during the client-building process.
  • Self-Care for Sustainability: Tips on maintaining personal well-being and avoiding burnout while building a new practice.
  • Accountability Check-In: Set up a plan for accountability with peers or within the group to support progress.
