Kayla is a Stress Management Coach for women in principalship. As someone who works in education and almost left the field years ago due to stress and culture codes that didn't align with her personal values, she knows all too well some of the unique personal challenges that come with working in education. While principals are called to serve their students and staff, she strongly believes that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice self to make that happen. She helps women in K-12 principalship to effectively manage stress, prevent burnout, build resilience, and lead for the long haul using resilience-based practices.

Theoretical Orientation:

Biopsychosocial Model - Cognitive Psychology (focuses on how people’s thinking can change feelings and behaviors)

Humanistic Psychology (emphasizes looking at the whole individual at present helping clients achieve their highest potential)
