Sara is a versatile individual whose life journey has been dedicated to fostering mental health, wellness, and compassionate service. As a certified Integrative Mental Health Coach and 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Sara brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to her practice.

Before dedicating herself to family life, Sara enjoyed a successful career in Sports Marketing and Branding, culminating as a Vice President at Arnold Worldwide in Boston. Despite her professional achievements, her true passion has always been mental health and integrative wellness.

Outside the corporate world, Sara has devoted her time and energy to various causes, including advocacy for adults with disabilities, support for the homeless community, and serving as a Spanish to English translator for Kids in Need of Defense (“KIND”). As a community yoga teacher for Hands to Heart Center, she extends the healing power of yoga to underserved populations in the Boston area, embodying her belief in the accessibility of wellness practices. As a Mental Health Coach, Sara hopes to guide her clients to reaching their goals and self transformation through an integrative approach.

Driven by her personal experiences with trauma, and her education from the Nickerson Institute, Sara is on a mission to empower others to find peace and balance in their lives.  Her coaching approach is grounded, encouraging, and truthful. Sara prioritizes trust and openness as crucial elements in a productive coaching partnership. Sara’s role is to provide a safe space in which clients can be seen and heard and empowered to make changes.
